As a school for students of all grade levels with learning differences, TFA Administration and Faculty work with students and their parents to explore options based on every student’s own unique goals. Many students matriculate into TFA to remain through graduation, while some students come to address key educational goals at TFA and then matriculate into other secondary school settings. TFA High School students work with an Academic Adviser to insure that their course work will support their plans for after graduation. Our students may choose to complete the requirements for entry into a college within the University of North Carolina system. Our graduates have continued their education at UNC-system schools, local private colleges including junior colleges,; NC Community Colleges, specialty schools like The School of Communication Arts and UTI, or directly entered the work force. Our students who matriculate into other secondary schools after a period at TFA go on to other smaller private schools, NC public county-system schools, or, in the case of relocations, other schools similar to TFA. |
